Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclousure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that the majority of the Board of Directors of the Company has passed following resolution by way of circulation on February 21, 2024:- \r\n\r\n1. Allotment of 100 Transferable Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 1,00,000- each.
